1. Acceptance of Terms
   1. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Nature of Services
   1. Velocity Explorations’ Services are offered free of charge and are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive to provide accurate and reliable information, tools, and resources, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or functionality provided by our Services.
   2. Entities are entitled to a single prototype, defined as no more than 3 screens.
3. Limitation of Liability
   1. Due to the nature of our Services being free, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Velocity Explorations and its affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
4. No Warranty
   1. Velocity Explorations makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of our Services. You understand and agree that any reliance on the Services or any information or materials obtained through the Services is done at your own risk.
5. Right to Refuse Service
   1. Velocity Explorations reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to create a prototype or mockup for any individual or entity, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice or explanation. Reasons for refusal can include, but are not limited to, resource limitations, potential conflict of interest, material inappropriateness, or any other circumstance deemed by Velocity Explorations to be contrary to its business practices, principles, or applicable laws and regulations. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Velocity Explorations’ decision to refuse service shall not be challenged, disputed, or contested in any manner, and that Velocity Explorations shall not be liable to you or any third party for any refusal to provide a prototype or mockup.
6. Changes to the Terms
   1. Velocity Explorations reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of any modifications to these terms will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Governing Law
   1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Colorado, United States.
